Contact Us
AstrologyViewer is an independent project, and we genuinely read and value every message. Whether something isn't calculating the way you expect, you'd like a new feature, or you just want to share feedback, we'd love to hear from you.
The fastest way to reach us is by email:
We usually reply within 2–3 business days. Emails are answered in the order they arrive.
What to include
To help us respond quickly, please tell us:
- Which tool or page you were using (e.g. Kundali, Kundli Milan, KP, Numerology).
- What you expected versus what actually happened.
- For a calculation question — the birth date, time and place you entered (so we can reproduce it).
- Your device and browser, and a screenshot if you have one.
What we can help with
- Bug reports — wrong Lagna, a chart that won't load, a display glitch.
- Feature requests — a chart, dasha system or tool you'd like added.
- Calculation questions — why a result appears the way it does.
- Privacy requests — to access or delete data associated with a saved kundali (see our Privacy Policy).
- General feedback — anything that would make the site better.
Please note
AstrologyViewer is an educational calculation platform, not a personal consultancy. We're happy to explain how a result is computed, but we do not offer paid one-to-one readings, predictions on demand, or medical, legal or financial advice. For life decisions, please consult a qualified professional. All results on the site are indicative and for educational purposes.
