Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using AstrologyViewer (the “Service”), available at https://astrologyviewer.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, generating a kundali, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 13 years old (or have parental/guardian consent)
- Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
- Will use the Service lawfully and responsibly
2. Description of the Service
AstrologyViewer is a Vedic astrology tool offering, among other things:
- Birth-chart (kundali) generation (North and South Indian styles)
- Divisional charts (D1–D60)
- Dasha systems (Vimshottari, Yogini, Ashtottari, Chara, Varsha Nadi)
- Yoga and Dosha detection (including Mangal Dosha, Sade Sati)
- Panchang, Muhurta, Hora, Choghadiya
- Health Analysis, Lending/Debt Analysis, and other traditional interpretations
- Available in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without notice.
3. Astrological Content Disclaimer
All astrological readings, predictions, dasha analyses, yoga/dosha results, health predictions, lending advice, marriage compatibility scores, and remedies provided by AstrologyViewer are derived from classical Vedic astrology texts (Phaladeepika, BPHS, Sarvartha Chintamani, Jaimini Sutras, Devkeralam, etc.).
They are presented as traditional interpretations and should be treated as such — not as scientifically verified facts or guaranteed predictions about your future.
3.1 No Medical Advice
The Health Analysis feature describes traditional Ayurvedic and Vedic medical-astrology correlations between planetary positions and bodily systems. It is NOT a medical diagnosis. Never delay, avoid, or change medical treatment based on anything you read here. Always consult a licensed physician for health concerns.
3.2 No Financial Advice
The Lending/Debt Analysis, Share-Market section, and Wealth predictions discuss traditional astrological factors. They are NOT investment, lending, or financial advice. Do not make money decisions based on this Service. Consult a registered financial advisor.
3.3 No Legal or Marital Advice
Marriage compatibility (Milan), Mangal Dosha results, and similar features are traditional readings. They are NOT grounds to make, avoid, or break any relationship, marriage, or legal arrangement.
3.4 Remedies (Upayas)
Any remedies suggested (mantras, gemstones, donations, fasts, pujas) are traditional Vedic recommendations. We make no claim they will produce specific results. Do not stop medical/professional treatment to attempt remedies.
4. Use of the Service
You agree to use AstrologyViewer only for lawful, personal purposes. You will not:
- Scrape, crawl, or copy the Service in bulk
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person
- Submit false information to mislead our calculations or other users
- Use automated scripts or bots to overload our servers
- Resell or rebrand the Service without written permission
- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
5. Accounts
If you sign in using Google, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Google account
- All activity performed under your account
- Notifying us promptly of any unauthorised access
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if these Terms are violated.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, calculation engines, and visualisations on AstrologyViewer are owned by AstrologyViewer or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
You may view, print, and share individual kundali outputs for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.
Classical Vedic texts referenced (Phaladeepika, BPHS, etc.) are in the public domain; our specific implementations and interpretations are proprietary.
7. User-Generated Content
Any data you enter (names, notes, etc.) remains your data. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to process and display it back to you (and to anyone you explicitly share with). We will not use your content for advertising or train AI models on it.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party providers (Google OAuth, Google Fonts, hosting provider). Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to your interactions with them.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (but not limited to) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available 24/7
- Calculations are free of bugs or interpretive errors
- Predictions or interpretations will be accurate
- The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstrologyViewer, its operator, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any decisions or actions you take based on Service content
- Any health, financial, relationship, or other consequences
- Unauthorised access to your data
- Service interruptions or data loss
If, despite the above, we are found liable, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian Rupees) or the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AstrologyViewer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access — with or without notice — for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) shall survive.
13. Modifications to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AstrologyViewer regarding the Service.
